About these terms

These terms apply when you use bvxhomesupply.com or buy from BVX Home Supply LLC ("BVX Home Supply", "BVX", "we"), at 239 Lindbergh Pl, Paterson, NJ 07503. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

Every item carries one condition grade: New-in-Box, Open-Box, Scratch & Dent or Used. The grade and the description are shown on each product page.

Payment

We accept all major cards except American Express, on our website and at our warehouse.

Pay in cash or with Zelle and you get a 5% discount.

Every order needs a government-issued ID. If you paid by card, we also need the original card used to place the order. We check both before we release an order.

All sales are final

All sales are final: no refunds, returns or exchanges. The one exception is an online purchase that does not match its description. See our refund policy.

Pickup

Pickup is at our Paterson warehouse, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, by appointment only. See our shipping policy.
