Every sale at BVX Home Supply is final. We do not give refunds, take returns or make exchanges. This applies to every product in every condition grade, whether you buy on our website or at our warehouse.

When an online purchase does not match its description

If you buy on our website and the item does not match its description on the site, we will give you a full refund. Tell us when you come to pick it up. The refund is issued before pickup, so you do not take the item. Once an item leaves our warehouse, the sale is final.
